Newborn Session FAQ

What does my session fee pay for?

The session fee pays for the photographer's time and talent during your session, post production work such as editing, and your order session.

Where will my session take place?

Sessions may take place in the studio or on location. Location sessions take place at a predetermined location.

Can I bring my other children?

If you would like your other children included in part of the session with the newborn they are more than welcome to join; however, provide arrangements for your children to be picked up after we get the sibling pictures. The less distractions during your newborn session, the better.

When is the best time to schedule newborn photographs?

It is best to photograph newborn babies before they are 2 weeks old. You will want to book your newborn session before the baby is born.

Can you retouch boo boos?

Yes! This service is included with your session.

When will my photos be ready?

Your images will be available for viewing after they are edited. This process usually takes around one week. After an order is placed, prints will take about a week to receive. The studio owns the copyright to all images, including proofs. Images may not be copied, scanned or reproduced in any way without written permission. Digital files will include a print release.

Do you provide digital files?

Newborn sessions include digital, high-resolution files as part of a package.
